Minimum of 6 years of relevant technical experience
Business analysis experience
Good understanding of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience in documenting business processes.
Experience in streamlining and re-engineering business processes is advantageous.
Experience in testing ICT solutions.
Data management experience.
MS SQL, SSRS, and PowerBI experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Project management skills.
An intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Access, MS Project, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
Knowledge of XML is advantageous.
