Minimum 5 - 8 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the IT environment managing projects from inception to closeout, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
Experience within Insurance advantageous.
Sound understanding of short-term insurance.
Working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, analytical and problem-solving skills.
