Experience
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web and backend applications.
Work across multiple programming languages including PHP, Python, Java, and/or C#.
Develop and enhance chatbots and workflow automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Qualification
3+ years of hands-on experience in software development or engineering.
Strong command of at least two of the following:
o PHP: Proficient in writing secure, modular code; familiar with Laravel or Symfony is a plus.
o Python: Experience in scripting, backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask), and working with APIs.
o Java / C#: Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, experience with Spring Boot (Java) or .NET Core (C#) frameworks.
Proven experience in building or integrating chatbot solutions (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or custom implementations).
Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools or platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, or custom-built solutions).
Understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control systems like Git.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
