Job Description
Facilitate structured learning interventions with the aim of equipping learners with occupationally relevant competencies. Deliver accredited Skills Programmes and Occupational Qualifications in accordance with South African Quality Assurance standards. Utilize instructional design methodologies to create effective, learner-centred material and close identified skills, knowledge, and attitude gaps. Support learner success through coaching, mentoring, and continuous performance evaluation.
Experience
3 to 5 years’ experience in training delivery, facilitation or skills development
Prior experience facilitating accredited Skills Programmes and/or Occupational Qualifications
Familiarity with outcomes-based education and the SAQA framework
Additional:
Ability to travel for facilitation across different training sites or employer workplaces
Qualification
Grade 12 / Matric (Compulsory)
Occupationally Directed Education, Training and Development Practices (ODETDP) Certificate/Diploma – NQF Level 5 or 6 (Highly advantageous)
Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, IT, Business, or related field (Preferred)
Registered with relevant SETA or ETQA (Preferred)
