Job Description
The Systems Analyst will be responsible for the analysis, design, and discovery of business and technical solutions that align with strategic objectives. The resource will contribute toward the successful delivery of the agreed PI Objectives and support the backlog prioritised by the Program Product Owner.
The role involves greenfield development to support the replacement of existing legacy functionality and enable the transition to a modernised core platform.
Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Systems Analyst role within a complex, cross-functional delivery environment.
Proven experience in greenfield solution analysis and enterprise system migration or transformation projects.
Strong understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
Proficient in modelling tools and techniques (e.g., process flows, sequence diagrams, data models).
Ability to work with ambiguity and engage multiple stakeholders across business and technical domains.
Exceptional analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related field.
