Job Description

The purpose of this role is to deliver and support end-to-end Learning & Development. The role plays a key part in identifying skills gaps, designing and facilitating effective training interventions, and ensuring alignment with organisational requirements.

Experience

3–5 years’ experience in a combined Learning & Development and HR.
At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in:
Designing and facilitating training programmes
Knowledge of SETA and QCTO processes and compliance requirements
Experience with digital learning platforms and training tools

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
Relevant certifications in Learning & Development, Skills Development Facilitation (SDF), or HR (advantageous)
Knowledge of QCTO and SETA processes (highly advantageous)
