Job Description
Luxfiat is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Talent Sourcing & Consulting team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of recruitment experience, with the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Experience
2 – 5 years’ experience in recruitment (preferably within IT, technical, or professional services recruitment).
Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
Strong sourcing capability using platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals.
Experience working with recruitment systems, ATS, or CRM tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
