Job Description
The Assessor will be responsible for conducting learner assessments against unit standards and/or skills programmes accredited through the MICT SETA. The role includes evaluating learner competence, maintaining assessment quality standards, ensuring compliance with SETA and QCTO requirements, and supporting learner development throughout the assessment process.
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience conducting assessments within accredited training environments.
Strong understanding of Outcomes-Based Education and Training principles.
Knowledge of QCTO, SETA, and SAQA compliance requirements.
Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and online learner management systems.
Qualification
Must have completed Matric/ Grade 12.
Relevant qualification aligned to the specific skills programme being assessed.
Registered constituent Assessor with MICT SETA.
Valid Assessor Certificate.
