Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to lead and deliver large-scale strategic programmes within the banking sector. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing complex, multi-stream programmes involving digital transformation, payments modernisation, transactional banking, and enterprise technology initiatives.
The role requires a seasoned leader capable of driving programme governance, stakeholder alignment, delivery excellence, and value realisation across multiple workstreams within an Agile delivery environment.
Experience
Minimum 15–20 years' experience in Project and Programme Management.
At least 7 years' dedicated Programme Management experience leading enterprise-wide programmes.
Proven experience delivering programmes within a banking or financial services environment.

Payments Transformation
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field.
Postgraduate qualification (Honours/Master's/MBA) will be advantageous.
Programme Management certification (MSP, PgMP or equivalent) preferred.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent).
Agile certification (SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP or similar).
