Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst with strong Payments domain. This role requires an analytical, proactive, and highly capable professional who can take ownership of complex initiatives from inception through to implementation.
Experience
• 8–10+ years' Systems Analysis experience within Banking.
• Proven experience delivering complex system analysis and solution design for enterprise-scale banking applications.
• Extensive Payments domain experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional Agile delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of systems integration and API-driven environments.
• Experience performing data analysis and data mapping.
• Experience designing and supporting end-to-end payment processing systems, including domestic, international, and cross-border payment solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT, ISO 20022, payment messaging standards (MT/MX), and payment ecosystems.
• Experience analysing and documenting system architecture, application interfaces, integrations, and data flows across multiple systems.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field.
• Business Analysis / Systems Analysis certification is advantageous.
• Agile certification (Scrum/SAFe) is advantageous.
