Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business / Lead Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced banking environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business requirements and technology delivery, taking ownership of the analysis lifecycle from initial problem definition and requirements discovery through solution design, implementation, and post-implementation validation.
This role requires a seasoned analyst with strong understanding of Payments and Core Banking systems.
Experience
Minimum 6-8 years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within complex technology-driven environments.
Minimum 3 years' experience as a lead Analyst or similar role within complex technology-driven environments.
Good understanding of Payments, payment processing, payment journeys, and associated banking ecosystems.
Solid exposure to Core Banking systems, products, processes, and integrations.
Proven experience managing the full analysis lifecycle, from requirements elicitation and analysis through solution delivery, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.
Strong experience translating complex business requirements into detailed functional requirements and technology solutions.
Qualification
Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
Diploma or Degree in a related field.
