Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Scrum Master to support project delivery within a complex and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling high-performing Agile teams, driving delivery momentum, proactively identifying and resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment across multiple teams and programme dependencies.
This role requires a highly experienced Scrum Master with solid Core Banking knowledge.
Experience
Minimum 5-7 years' experience as an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master, preferably within banking or financial services.
Solid understanding and practical exposure to Core Banking systems and environments.
Proven experience supporting and coordinating delivery across large-scale programmes and complex technology initiatives.
Experience working across multiple Agile teams and interconnected technology workstreams.
Strong understanding of front-end systems, digital channels, and customer-facing financial platforms.
Experience working within highly integrated environments involving business, product, technology, and operational teams.
Payments knowledge and experience would be advantageous.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Recognised Scrum Master certification is strongly preferred, such as:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Professional Scrum Master (PSM I / PSM II)
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent Agile certification
Additional Agile, Project Management, or Programme Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or SAFe would be advantageous.
