Job Description
Luxfiat is seeking a professional and people-focused Human Resources Graduate to join our graduate programme. The opportunity will provide practical exposure to recruitment, employee administration, onboarding, training coordination, HR reporting, and workplace policies.
The successful candidate will support the HR and talent teams while developing practical experience across the employee lifecycle.
Experience
Basic understanding of recruitment and general HR administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiarity with South African employment legislation would be advantageous.
Exposure to an applicant-tracking or HR information system would be advantageous.
No formal work experience is required.
Qualification
A completed diploma or degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Management, or a related field.
